God gave Bishop Phelps in the spring of 2011 a mandate to birth a ministry. In the fall of 2011, the former Jehovah Jireh World Ministries now New Faith Christian Church was established. Within the first year over 200 members joined...hundreds more were saved...a television ministry (RHEMA WORD) was launched. Within the second year another location in Rome GA was birthed along with the International Fellowship of Christian Churches where Bishop Phelps serves as the Presiding Bishop. Within his fourth year in ministry, Bishop Phelps successfully launched his third location in Stockbridge, GA. Being called into ministry as a child, Bishop Phelps has a tremendous testimony as God has gracedhim to experience the true “Hard Knocks of Life” and bring him back into the Kingdom of God for such a time as this. Bishop Phelps possesses the personality, ability, and apostolic anointing to reach the masses as he connects easily with those that have experienced challenges and obstacles in their
life. Bishop Phelps has a great call and even greater determination to “Answer The Call” God has placed on his life as the Lord has raised Bishop E. Devon Phelps to be a global leader in todays church. Bishop Eusebio Phelps is blessed to be favored in ministry and matrimony with one of the world’s best-kept secrets, Lady Laurona Phelps. They are leading examples to Christian living for their six children: Samuel, Amanuel, Daisha, Eusebio II, Christian and Mia. A pastor, a husband, a father, but most of all he is humbled just to call himself a SERVANT of the Most High God.
